Purpose: Through this funding opportunity, NIDA seeks collaborative research partnerships involving state funding, licensing, and/or regulatory agencies; community-based prevention and/or treatment providers; and other social service delivery or coordinating agencies, to implement and evaluate proposed systems-level changes to facilitate the dissemination, adoption, implementation, and sustainability of proven, innovative drug abuse prevention, treatment, and business policies and practices.

The overarching goal of this initiative is to enhance the quality of drug abuse prevention and treatment services through the implementation of evidence-based practices in ways that are likely to have replicable, sustainable, systemic impacts.
